How much does Domain Protection cost?
A one-off setup fee for the guided calls, then a monthly fee for the dashboard and the weekly feedback. Both are adjusted to your company: how many domains you protect, how much mail you send and which features you need. You pay for what you use and nothing else.
What does Employee Training cost?
Nothing while it is in beta. We ask for your feedback in return. Once it leaves beta, the price will be adjusted the same way, to how many employees train and which features you use. Beta customers hear about that first, before anything changes.
Will my real mail break?
No. Your own senders are set right first, tool by tool, and the delivery feedback is read every week. The rule only moves to refusing fakes once that feedback is clean. Moving it earlier is what blocks a company's own mail, so we don't.
How long until my domain refuses fakes?
Publishing the records takes minutes. Reaching refusing safely usually takes a few weeks: the feedback comes in, every sender you use is set right, then the rule moves up in steps.
Do I need to switch email provider?
No. Domain Protection works with Google Workspace, Microsoft 365 and any other provider or sending tool. The changes are DNS records for your domain and settings in the tools you already use.
